AI Techno CRM (“we”, “us”) provides an HRMS and ATS workspace. This page explains how we handle information when you visit our website, create a vendor account, or use the Budibiz Android app.

Information we collect

Account details you submit on Sign Up (vendor name, email, mobile number).
Sign-in credentials used to access your workspace.
Messages sent through the website contact form.
Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and available.

Budibiz Android app

The Budibiz app is for employees. It opens the same Budibiz workspace. Inside the app, an employee can sign in, clock in and clock out, take breaks, apply for leave, view payslips, see tasks, and read notifications.

We use the employee’s work sign-in to show that person’s own records.
Location is used only when the employee clocks in, and only if the phone asks for location at that moment. The app does not collect location in the background and does not track location while the app is closed.
If the app is installed from Google Play, Google handles the download under Google’s own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information to create and operate your workspace, record attendance, respond to enquiries, send transactional email, and protect the platform. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Data stays in your company workspace except where we use trusted processors (for example email delivery) or must comply with law.

Delete your Budibiz account

You can ask us to delete your Budibiz account and the personal data linked to it. You do not have to delete the app from your phone.

Email hr@budibiz.com from the email address on the account.
Use the subject “Delete my Budibiz account”.
Say whether the account is a vendor account or an employee account, and include the account email.

After we confirm the request, we delete the sign-in and the personal details you gave us, including name, email, and mobile number. We may keep employment, attendance, payroll, and tax records for as long as the law requires, and we will tell you if something must be kept. We do not sell personal data.
